Logan Wells joined Connell Properties in 2015. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Political Science. Prior to joining Connell Properties, Logan worked with Morgan Stanley in Knoxville. Logan took ownership of the company in 2017 and received his managing broker's license in 2018. He specializes in value-add real estate, various investment properties, and residential brokerage. Logan has been involved in over 200 transactions in the past eight years. Logan enjoys owning and managing multiple short-term rentals in East Tennessee.

Logan is a deacon at Redeemer Church of Knoxville where he currently leads the church's building campaign. He enjoys serving in the Knoxville Fellows program and Christ Led Communities in various capacities. Logan is married to Katie and loves spending time with their three children, Walker, Genevieve, and Maggie. Logan enjoys getting outside with the family and spending time in Townsend and at the Knoxville Racquet Club.

Allison Clemmons grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Webb School of Knoxville. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management in 2003 from Lipscomb University in Nashville. After graduation she worked for the Knoxville Utilities Board for two years. From there she began practicing both commercial/industrial and residential real estate as an affiliate broker at Baker Realty Company. In 2007, Allison joined Connell Properties, Inc. While at Connell Properties she has continued to grow her business focusing on residential Buyer/Seller representation and property management. Allison uses her extensive knowledge of the Knoxville community and its market trends to provide solutions to residential buyers, sellers, owners and investors. Brad became a part of Connell Properties Inc. in 2015, where he has since collaborated with both commercial and residential clients to meet their unique needs and achieve their professional goals. He received his managing broker's license in 2022. A Knoxville native, Brad holds a degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee. With a background in property management and transaction facilitation, he brings valuable expertise to the company. In addition to his role at Connell Properties, Brad successfully owns and operates a diverse rental property portfolio across multiple states, making him a key asset to the team.

Liz Lacey started her career in real estate as property manager when she and her husband moved back home to Knoxville in 2009. Liz makes it her goal to provide you with great customer service and care. She does this by putting all her energy, efforts and dedication into protecting and fulfilling your best interests. A graduate of Auburn University, Liz has her degree in finance and prior to devoting her career to real estate, worked in a boutique financial service firm.
