Connell Properties, Inc opened in June of 2007.  Connell Properties is made up of Joel W. Connell, Drew Clemmons and Allison Connell Clemmons.  Joel has been in the real estate business for over 25 years primarily specializing in commercial and industrial brokerage and development.  Drew is in his first year of practicing real estate, he specializes in Industrial real eastate brokerage and management.  Allison has been practicing real estate for 2 years specializing in residential real estate.  Connell Properties, Inc. is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and the Knoxville Area Association of Commercial Realtors as well as the MLS.
